Sri Lankan cricket officially invites to foreign international cricketers for participate SLPL T20 (Sri Lankan Primer League) cricket tournament to be held in next August.Sri Lankan cricket was earlier scheduled this SLPL tournament be held last year but had to be postponed.Cricket team member told "We are negotiating with the cricket boards from other countries and we hope we can get down the best players for the tournament to be held in August". But at the moment Sri Lankan cricket board is badly stuck in the financial problems and many Srilankan cricket lovers saying this will be the end of the Sri Lankan cricket board.

6000KG Of C4 Explosives Founded
On Sunday night police team have been found 6000Kg C4 explosives from Pudukudirippu. Police believed these explosives are hidden by the LTTE at the final days of the war.The explosives over weighing 6000Kg is the largest haul of C4 explosives to have been recovered following the end of the 30 years war between the military and the rebels.police said the explosives were probably hidden to be used for some sort of attack just before the rebels were defeated.
ICC T20 World Cricket Championship Will Held in Sri Lanka
Fourth ICC T20 tournament will be held in Sri Lanka on next September.Sri Lankan cricket spokesman said ICC will direct grant 9.4 million U.S dollars for Sri Lankan cricket.Also cabinet spokesmen Keheliya Rambukwella said Sri Lankan tourist board expecting more tourists will arrive in that cricket match season.Also he said fourth T20 tournament with the participant of 20 men and women teams went promote the country's image and tourism.

Suicides,Child Abuse and Rapes Seen A Steady Increase In Sri Lanka
Police department says that the cases of suicide incidents, child abuse and rape of women s have been increased last few years. Police department said that at least 6343 cases of rapes and 15153 cases of child abuses have been reported in last 5 years.Most of the cases have been reported in the Anuradhapura district. Also suicide cases have been increasing significantly in these days and most latest story was reported in Eppawala in Anuradhapura District.Police department statistics said that averagely 12 suicide cases have been reported in every day in island wide and almost it revealed that120 people attempt to suicide in Sri Lanka daily.According to WHO statistics Sri Lanka is in the 11th place of the most suicide cases reporting countries.

MTV and MBC that run seven channels expect to bring in special event of 2012 Olympic in Sri Lanka. So far Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation held the broadcasting right of Olympics.
Three Young Srilankan Employers Had to Died In Korea
Three young Srilankan s who working together in the same company in Busan city at South Korea had to died in case of fire. Incident was happened in last 6th of May inside the Karaoke bar in a hotel in the third floor. These three had attended a dinner hosted by the company when unfortunately a fire had broken out after an electricity leakage from another floor.It reported another 6 people had killed and 25 people had injured of that incident. These died Srilankan s names are Thilanga Sasika,Gamini Jayakody and Chamara Gayan.Bodes would be flown and Handed over to their families by the authorities of the Foreign Employment Bureau of Sri Lanka.
